This Caesar Salad Pizza is the perfect mixture of salad and pizza and comes together in 15 minutes total!

Caesar Salad Pizza made on naan bread for a single serve pizza recipe that's quick+healthy | thealmondeater.com

This Caesar salad pizza recipe is FINALLY happening! By “finally” I mean that I created this recipe back on November, and then right afterward romaine lettuce became the worst thing you could possibly eat, so I figured it wasn’t smart to publish this post until romaine lettuce was deemed safe again. ….which I think it is, right? I hope so!

This recipe is one of those recipes that is great for easing back in to healthy eating. Like, when it’s Monday and you just spent the weekend eating fries, and you feel like you need something healthy but you don’t want to fully commit to the salad life. Yeah, that’s when you make this Caesar salad pizza instead.

Caesar salad is hands down my favorite kind of salad. It can also be one of the least healthy salads out there depending on the amount of dressing you use. …which I suppose could be said for nearly all salads, but you get my drift. This Caesar salad pizza features romaine, croutons, parmesan, a little dressing, and some bacon for added flavor.

Note: If you want to keep this vegetarian, simply omit the bacon!

For this recipe, you’ll need some naan bread, which is the perfect size for individualized pizza recipes. Then, you’ll add the cheese and bacon and bake the pizza for 10 minutes, which essentially makes this the quickest recipe of all time. Once the pizzas are done, you’ll take them out of the oven then add the lettuce, croutons and dressing.

Note: You’re more than welcome to make your own homemade caesar dressing. If I’m being honest, I rarely make my own dressing, and therefore I opted to use 1-2 tablespoons of store bought caesar dressing in this recipe. It’s your call, though!

This Caesar salad pizza is a healthy mix of salad and pizza that I hope you enjoy for lunch, dinner or both. If you're looking for another naan pizza recipe, give this one a shot!
