- 2 lb baby yellow or red potatoes sliced in half (or, cut larger potatoes into fourths)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
Place the potatoes into a large bowl, then add the olive oil and salt and stir to combine.
Heat your grill and grill baskets to 400° (medium heat), then add the potatoes into the grill baskets and cook for 10 minutes. Flip over and cook for an additional 6-10 minutes until fork tender. NOTE: cook time varies depending on the size of the potatoes. Enjoy!
