- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 2 tbsp almonds
- 2 tbsp walnuts
- 1/4 cup blueberries or any kind of fruit
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon plus more to taste

- 1/2 cup cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup cucumber sliced
- 1/4 cup grape tomatoes sliced
- 1/2 avocado sliced
- 1 tbsp chives plus more to taste; chopped
