Ingredients

apples
any kind

milk of choice

Greek yogurt

pitted dates*

cinnamon
Instructions
Cut apple into slices, discarding the core. Place apple slices into your blender.
Add milk, yogurt, dates, and cinnamon to the blender and pulse for 30 seconds or until mixture is smooth.
Enjoy!
Notes
*If you don't have dates or want to use a different sweetener, you can use 2-3 tbsp honey OR maple syrup instead.
