- 1/2 ripe banana
- 2 tbsp milk any kind
- 2 tbsp white whole wheat flour
- 3 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp cocoa powder
- 1/8 tsp baking soda
- Handful of chocolate chips optional
Mash the banana into the bottom of a mug, then add the milk and stir to combine.
Pour flour, cocoa, sugar, and baking soda overtop; mix everything together.
Place in the microwave and microwave for 45-90 seconds; take out and add chocolate chips on top. Enjoy! NOTE: all microwaves are different and therefore the total time varies; start with 45 seconds, then continue microwaving in 15 second increments until the cake is baked.
