Ingredients

  • 24 oz cauliflower chopped into small florets (2.5 lb, approx. 4 cups)
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup buffalo-style wing sauce
  • chopped chives or parsley for garnish optional

Instructions

  • Cut cauliflower into small florets and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the cornstarch, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Then add in the cauliflower and stir to coat all the florets in the mixture.
  • Add as much cauliflower that can fit to an air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook at 400 F for 5 minutes, shake the basket around, and cook for another 5 minutes. While the cauliflower is cooking, rinse out the large bowl, then pour the buffalo sauce into it.
  • Add cauliflower to the bowl and toss with the buffalo sauce. Return the cauliflower to the air fryer and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes or until the cauliflower is crispy.
  • Serve immediately with carrots, celery, and your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy!
