Ingredients

  • 2 peaches sliced
  • 1 inch fresh ginger
  • 1 cup kale stems removed
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and pulse until smooth, approx. 1 minute.
  • Enjoy!

-If peaches aren't in season, use apples instead
