Ginger Pumpkin Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup canned pumpkin*
  • 1/4 cup raw cashews
  • 3/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp all spice
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp fresh ginger minced
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut milk

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a blender and pulse until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass, add ice if you prefer and enjoy!

Notes

*Use regular pumpkin, not pumpkin pie spice
