Classic Apple Smoothie

This apple smoothie recipe is slightly sweet and full of apple goodness. It's made with just 5 ingredients and a healthy grab-and-go breakfast or snack!

Ingredients

  • 2 apples any kind
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 pitted dates*
  • 3/4 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  • Cut apple into slices, discarding the core. Place apple slices into your blender.
  • Add milk, yogurt, dates, and cinnamon to the blender and pulse for 30 seconds or until mixture is smooth.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

*If you don't have dates or want to use a different sweetener, you can use 2-3 tbsp honey OR maple syrup instead.
