  • Cut apple into slices, discarding the core. Place apple slices into your blender.
  • Add milk, yogurt, dates, and cinnamon to the blender and pulse for 30 seconds or until mixture is smooth.

Notes

*If you don't have dates or want to use a different sweetener, you can use 2-3 tablespoon honey OR maple syrup instead.
