Ingredients

  • 1 lb. cooked turkey breast diced (approx. 3 cups)
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup yogurt
  • 1/4 cup red onion diced
  • 1/3 cup celery diced
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp salt or more to taste
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper or more to taste

For serving:

  • Bread
  • Tomato
  • Lettuce

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl, then toss to combine.
  • Serve turkey salad on a sandwich with tomato slices and lettuce and enjoy!
