Tomato Burrata Salad

Tomato Burrata Salad is the ultimate summertime side dish! Made with two kinds of tomatoes, burrata cheese and fresh basil, it's incredibly light, fresh and flavorful.

Ingredients

  • 1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes sliced in half
  • 4 heirloom tomatoes of varying sizes sliced into 1/4" rounds
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 6 oz. fresh burrata cheese
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • warmed crusty bread

Instructions

  • Add the cherry tomatoes and heirloom tomato slices onto a serving platter. Sprinkle basil leaves over the top of the tomatoes.
  • Then add the burrata cheese on top of the tomatoes. Sprinkle the salt and black pepper over the top of the tomatoes and cheese.
  • Next drizzle the olive oil, red wine vinegar, and balsamic vinegar over the top of everything.
  • Serve with warm crusty bread. Enjoy!
