Ingredients

pint
cherry or grape tomatoes
sliced in half
4
heirloom tomatoes of varying sizes
sliced into 1/4" rounds
1/4
cup
fresh basil leaves

fresh burrata cheese

salt

black pepper

olive oil

red wine vinegar

Instructions
Add the cherry tomatoes and heirloom tomato slices onto a serving platter. Sprinkle basil leaves over the top of the tomatoes.
Then add the burrata cheese on top of the tomatoes. Sprinkle the salt and black pepper over the top of the tomatoes and cheese.
Next drizzle the olive oil, red wine vinegar, and balsamic vinegar over the top of everything.
Serve with warm crusty bread. Enjoy!
