Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup chicken broth
  • 2 lb chicken breasts (approx. 4 breasts)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp butter diced (optional)

Instructions

  • Brush the chicken with olive oil, then season with the italian seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, and salt.
  • Pour chicken broth into your crockpot, then place the chicken inside. Sprinkle the butter over top (optional).
  • Cook chicken on HIGH for 3-4 hours, or on LOW for 4-6 hours. Slice and enjoy!
