Hibiscus Ice Cream Float
This hibiscus ice cream float is made with brewed hibiscus tea and sparking water and then poured over top of your favorite vanilla ice cream. It's a nice and refreshing way to cool down!

- 2 hibiscus tea bags
- 2 cup water
- ½ cup cane sugar
- 3 cups sparkling water
- Your favorite vanilla ice cream
Boil the water and sugar together, then add the tea bags and steep for a few minutes. Pour tea into a large jar and place in the refrigerator to cool.
Before serving, scoop ice cream out into cups or bowls. Then, add sparkling water to the jar with the brewed tea.
Pour hibiscus tea over ice cream and enjoy!
