Hibiscus Ice Cream Float

This hibiscus ice cream float is made with brewed hibiscus tea and sparking water and then poured over top of your favorite vanilla ice cream. It's a nice and refreshing way to cool down!

Ingredients

  • 2 hibiscus tea bags
  • 2 cup water
  • ½ cup cane sugar
  • 3 cups sparkling water
  • Your favorite vanilla ice cream

Instructions

  • Boil the water and sugar together, then add the tea bags and steep for a few minutes. Pour tea into a large jar and place in the refrigerator to cool.
  • Before serving, scoop ice cream out into cups or bowls. Then, add sparkling water to the jar with the brewed tea.
  • Pour hibiscus tea over ice cream and enjoy!
