Ingredients

  • 8 oz. baby bella mushrooms sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove grated
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • optional: shaved parmesan
  • optional: chopped parsley

Instructions

  • Add the mushrooms to a large bowl and set aside.
  • In a small bowl, whisk the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper together, then pour over the mushrooms and toss to combine.
  • Optional (but recommended), stir in the parmesan and parsley. Enjoy!
