Instructions
Add the mushrooms to a large bowl and set aside.
In a small bowl, whisk the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper together, then pour over the mushrooms and toss to combine.
Optional (but recommended), stir in the parmesan and parsley. Enjoy!
