Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup strawberries frozen
  • 1/2 cup kefir plain
  • 1/3 cup milk or more as needed
  • 2 tbsp flaxseed OR chia seeds or both
  • 1 cup spinach

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
