Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. chicken breasts cubed into 1" pieces
  • 2 tsp oregano
  • 1 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp dill

Instructions

  • Start by marinating the chicken: place the chicken into a large bowl. In a small bowl, stir all of the seasonings together, then sprinkle over the top of the chicken and stir until the chicken is coated. If you’re using wooden skewers, place them in a large bowl of water and allow them to soak for 15 minutes.
  • Next, heat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Thread the chicken onto the skewers, then place onto a large plate or baking sheet.
  • Transfer the chicken to the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until the chicken is charred and no longer pink inside.
  • Transfer the chicken to a serving platter and serve alongside homemade tzatziki. Enjoy!
