Garlic Butter

Garlic Butter is easy to make at home, and pairs perfectly with steak, potatoes and roasted vegetables. Only 5 ingredients and ready in under 5 minutes, it adds flavor to anything you serve it with!

Ingredients

  • 8 tbsp unsalted butter softened
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley minced
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Place the softened butter in a bowl, along with the other ingredients.
  • Use a fork to mash everything together until well combined.
  • Use immediately, or store for later.
  • To store: lay a large piece of plastic wrap out on a flat surface, then scoop the butter into the center. Form the butter into a log shape, then roll the plastic wrap around it. Store butter in the fridge until it’s set. Slice into rounds when ready to use. Enjoy!
