Fruit Salsa

This refreshing Fruit Salsa tosses crisp green apples, tropical fruits, and juicy berries in a lemon, sugar, and fruit preserves. Serve it with cinnamon chips for a quick and easy snack that’ll help you beat the heat!

Ingredients

  • 2 granny smith apples peeled, cored, and diced
  • 1 lb. strawberries diced
  • 1 cup kiwi diced
  • 1 cup pineapple diced
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 4 tbsp fruit preserves (strawberry or raspberry)
  • cinnamon pita chips or graham crackers for serving

Instructions

  • Add all diced fruit to a large bowl. Then add the sugar and lemon juice and mix together until well combined.
  • Add the fruit preserves and mix again until well combined. Cover the fruit salsa with a lid and transfer to the fridge for 15-30 minutes or until ready to serve so that the flavors continue to meld together.
  • Remove from the fridge and serve with your favorite cinnamon pita chips or graham crackers. Enjoy!
