Ingredients

  • 1 lb. top sirloin steak
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • fresh parsley for garnish optional

Instructions

  • Start by slicing the steak into 1-inch pieces, then place into a large bowl and drizzle with the olive oil.
  • In a small bowl, stir the cajun seasoning, smoked paprika and salt together, then sprinkle over the steak and use a spoon or your hands to toss to combine.
  • Heat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the steak and cook, tossing frequently, for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add the garlic and butter to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute until the butter has melted and the garlic is fragrant; remove from the heat.
  • Serve steak bites with the garlic butter, sprinkle with fresh parsley (optional) and enjoy!
