BBQ Chicken Burgers

These healthy BBQ Chicken Burgers are irresistibly juicy, moist, and flavorful. Easy to make using ground chicken and smoky BBQ seasonings, they’re a must-have for grilling season!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground chicken
  • 1/4 cup bbq sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix with your hands, being careful not to over-mix. Use your hands to form the mixture into 6 burgers.
  • Heat a large skillet – either a cast iron or grill pan works best – over medium heat. Spray with nonstick spray, then add the burgers. Cover the skillet and cook the burgers for 4 minutes, then remove the lid and cook for 4 more minutes or until the burgers are cooked through. Enjoy!
