Ingredients

  • 3 peaches ripe
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted divided
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp pecans chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375° F.
  • Slice the peaches in half and remove the pits. Then, use a spoon to make the holes slightly larger so there’s enough room for the filling. Place the peaches cut side up in a small baking dish so they fit snugly (an 8x8 or 9x9 dish works well for this).
  • Melt the butter in a bowl in the microwave, then pour HALF of it in a separate small dish. To the bowl, add the maple syrup, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and pecans and stir to combine.
  • Spoon the mixture into the peaches. Then, drizzle the remaining tablespoon of butter overtop. Bake the peaches for 23-26 minutes until the peaches are soft. Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream and enjoy!
