Ingredients

  • 1 lb. salmon skin removed and cut into 1” cubes
  • Salt
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • ½ tbsp sesame oil

Instructions

  • Cut the salmon into 1” cubes, then season with salt.
  • Whisk the soy sauce, maple syrup, rice vinegar, and sesame oil together in a medium bowl, then add the salmon and toss to combine.
  • Spray your air fryer basket with nonstick spray, then add the salmon, making sure they’re spaced out and not overlapping.
  • Air fry the salmon at 400°F for 5-7 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through. Enjoy!
