Ingredients

salmon
skin removed and cut into 1” cubes
Salt
¼
cup
soy sauce

tbsp
maple syrup

tbsp
rice vinegar

tbsp
sesame oil
Instructions
Cut the salmon into 1” cubes, then season with salt.
Whisk the soy sauce, maple syrup, rice vinegar, and sesame oil together in a medium bowl, then add the salmon and toss to combine.
Spray your air fryer basket with nonstick spray, then add the salmon, making sure they’re spaced out and not overlapping.
Air fry the salmon at 400°F for 5-7 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through. Enjoy!
