Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts

Keep it simple tonight with these crispy Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts, a simply seasoned 15-minute side dish. Crispy, salty, and dressed in a balsamic honey sauce, you won’t be able to stop at just one!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. brussels sprouts ends trimmed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

For the sauce (optional):

  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

  • Trim the ends off of the brussels sprouts, then slice them in half vertically and place into a large bowl. Add the olive oil, salt and pepper and toss to combine.
  • Transfer them to the air fryer and cook at 380° F for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through until they’re crispy.
  • If you’d like to add sauce, whisk balsamic vinegar and honey together until smooth, the drizzle over the warm sprouts. Enjoy!
