Start your day off right with this healthy Strawberry Oatmeal recipe. Made with strawberry milk, along with oats, chia seeds and yogurt, it's creamy, fruity, delicious, and quick to prepare.
Start by making the milk: add the strawberries, milk and water to a blender and blend until smooth; pour into a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
Once the milk is boiling, reduce heat to a simmer, then stir in the vanilla and oats. Cook over medium-low heat for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally until the oats are soft.
Remove the post from the heat, then stir in the chia seeds (optional). Divide the oatmeal into 2 bowls, then add ¼ cup yogurt on top of each bowl and swirl. Add whatever oatmeal toppings you'd like and enjoy!
