Strawberry Oatmeal

  • Start by making the milk: add the strawberries, milk and water to a blender and blend until smooth; pour into a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
  • Once the milk is boiling, reduce heat to a simmer, then stir in the vanilla and oats. Cook over medium-low heat for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally until the oats are soft.
  • Remove the post from the heat, then stir in the chia seeds (optional). Divide the oatmeal into 2 bowls, then add ¼ cup yogurt on top of each bowl and swirl. Add whatever oatmeal toppings you'd like and enjoy!
