Ingredients

  • 1 small or ½ large zucchini chopped
  • ¼ cup cauliflower rice
  • 1 cup milk
  • 5 pitted dates
  • 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoon peanut butter or almond butter
  • Optional: ice to thicken smoothie

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
