Pineapple Salsa

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh pineapple diced
  • 1 red bell pepper diced, seeds removed
  • 1/3 cup red onion diced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
  • 2 tablespoon jalapeño diced, seeds removed
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 2 tablespoon lime juice
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Add the diced pineapple to a large bowl. Then, add the remaining ingredients. Drizzle the lime juice over top and stir everything together. Enjoy!
