Pineapple Salsa

This 7-ingredient Pineapple Salsa is light, fresh and tastes like summer. It's made with pineapple. bell pepper, jalapeño, and cilantro and is delicious paired with tortilla chips and/or tacos!

  • 2 cups fresh pineapple diced
  • 1 red bell pepper diced, seeds removed
  • cup red onion diced
  • ¼ cup cilantro chopped
  • 2 tablespoon jalapeño diced, seeds removed
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 2 tablespoon lime juice
  • pinch of salt


  • Add the diced pineapple to a large bowl. Then, add the remaining ingredients. Drizzle the lime juice over top and stir everything together. Enjoy!
