Easy Steak Bites

Easy Steak Bites make eating steak convenient and delicious. This steak is bite-sized, so you can eat it with just a fork, and it's covered in grass-fed butter and garlic for loads of flavor.

  • Cut steak into 1" cubes and season them with salt and pepper; set aside. Mince garlic and set aside.
  • Heat oil in a large skillet and add the steak, cooking over medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Then, add the butter and garlic and continue cooking the steak for 1-2 minutes or until it's done to your liking. You want the butter to be completely melted and the steak to be browned in all sides.
  • Sprinkle fresh parsley on top, and serve steak with your favorite sauce.

*I like using top sirloin steak because it's relatively affordable, easy to find and cooks quickly, but any kind of steak will work. 
-Make sure to use ghee OR grass-fed butter if you want to keep this Paleo-friendly
-I love using my cast iron skillet because I think it does a great job browning meat, which is what we want for this recipe.
