Easy Steak Bites
Easy Steak Bites make eating steak convenient and delicious. This steak is bite-sized, so you can eat it with just a fork, and it's covered in grass-fed butter and garlic for loads of flavor.

Cut steak into 1" cubes and season them with salt and pepper; set aside. Mince garlic and set aside.
Heat oil in a large skillet and add the steak, cooking over medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Then, add the butter and garlic and continue cooking the steak for 1-2 minutes or until it's done to your liking. You want the butter to be completely melted and the steak to be browned in all sides.
Sprinkle fresh parsley on top, and serve steak with your favorite sauce.
*I like using top sirloin steak because it's relatively affordable, easy to find and cooks quickly, but any kind of steak will work.
-Make sure to use ghee OR grass-fed butter if you want to keep this Paleo-friendly
-I love using my cast iron skillet because I think it does a great job browning meat, which is what we want for this recipe.
