  • Add flour, sugar and cornstarch to your food processor and pulse for a few seconds.
  • With the motor still running, add the butter in through the top, 1 tablespoon at a time.
  • Then, with the motor still running, add the ice water through the top 1 tablespoon at a time until the dough has formed a giant ball.
  • Grease your pie pan with coconut oil or nonstick spray. Transfer the ball of dough from your food processor into the center of your pie pan, then use your hands to press the dough into the bottom of the pan, forming the edges as you wish.
  • Make your favorite pie filling as you normally would and bake the pie accordingly.
  • Enjoy!
