Guacamole Salsa

This guacamole salsa recipe combines guacamole and salsa verde into one smooth, creamy dip. It's delicious served with chips, or drizzled over top of a number of savory recipes.

Ingredients

  • 6 to matillos
  • 4 jalapeño peppers seeds removed
  • 2 avocados
  • 1/2 cup red onion sliced
  • 1/2 cup cilantro
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Pinch of black pepper

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and pulse for 30 seconds.
  • Serve dip with tortilla chips, or use it as a condiment over rice, quinoa or on top of a burger.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

*For a spicier dip, add 1 more jalapeño pepper, and for a little more zest, add juice from 1 more lime.
