  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond milk or milk of choice
  • 1-2 tablespoon organic maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoon chocolate chips dairy free for vegan option
  • 1 banana optional


  • Place all ingredients EXCEPT the banana in a bowl or mason jar and stir.
  • Place in refrigerator overnight or for at least 6 hours. Before eating: slice the banana and place it on top of the oats.
  • Enjoy!
