for the crust:

  • 4 cups pretzels
  • 3 tablespoon cane sugar
  • 12 tablespoon butter melted

for the pie:

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 3 tablespoon cane sugar
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese
  • 3 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

  • Add pretzels to your food processor and pulse; then add sugar and butter in through the top and mix until the mixture is combined.
  • Grease a pie pan with coconut oil or nonstick spray, then use your hands or a spatula to press crust into the pie pan, then place the pan in the freezer.
  • Next, whip the whipping cream and sugar until stiff peaks form, approximately 3-5 minutes; then, add the cottage cheese and peanut butter and whisk for 1 more minute.
  • Scoop whipped cream out and into the crust, smoothing it out with a spoon or spatula. Top the filling with chocolate chips, then place the whole pie in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
  • Remove the pie 10 minutes before serving so it can thaw a bit. Then, cut and serve. Enjoy!
