medium shrimp
cut into bite-size pieces

nectarines
diced
2
peaches
diced
2
plums
diced
¼
cup
red onion
diced

avocado
sliced or diced

tablespoon
cilantro
Juice from 3 limes
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: 1 jalapeño

Instructions
Place diced shrimp into a bowl; add the rest of the ingredients except for the lime juice, salt and pepper and stir to combine.
Last, add the lime juice, salt and pepper and stir until everything is coated.
Serve with your favorite tortilla or plantain chips.
