  • 1/2 cup carrots chopped
  • 1/4 cup raw almonds
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 2 dates pitted
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 1/4 cups almond milk
  • 5-10 ice cubes


  • Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth, 1-2 minutes. NOTE: because this smoothie includes both carrots and dates, it takes a little longer for it to completely blend, so be patient!
  • Pour into glasses and enjoy!
