- 5 oz. mixed greens or arugula
- 2 pears sliced
- ⅔ cup walnuts chopped
- 4 dates pitted and sliced
- ¼ cup gorgonzola cheese crumbled
- 2 tablespoon pomegranate seeds
Place mixed greens on a platter or in a large bowl, then add the pears, walnuts, dates, cheese, and pomegranate seeds.
