Heat the honey and cinnamon in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Meanwhile, cook the bacon in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Place lettuce on a plate and add chopped pear, walnuts, cheese, and figs.
Once the dressing starts boiling, reduce to a simmer and continuously stir until the cinnamon has completely dissolved.
Once the bacon is cooked, place on a paper towel for a minute or two before cutting each piece in half, and then wrapping them over the dates.
Add the bacon-wrapped dates to the salad and then pour the dressing overtop.
