Nectarine Ginger Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 3 nectarines pits removed
  • 1 plum seed removed
  • 1 teaspoon ginger*
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoon yogurt dairy free for vegan option
  • 1-2 tablespoon almond milk or milk of choice
  • Optional: 1-2 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

Instructions

  • Place ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Start by adding 1 tablespoon of liquid and then add more, 1 tablespoon at a time, until smoothie is blended but stick thick.
  • Pour into a bowl, top with your choice of toppings and enjoy!
