Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook soba noodles.
Place broccoli in a separate pot with water and bring to a boil.
While the noodles and broccoli are cooking, make the sauce. Do so by heating the sesame seeds and ¼ cup of the sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat. As soon as the seeds start sizzling a bit/becoming hot, transfer to your blender.
Add the rest of the sesame oil, sugar, mirin, and tahini to your blender and pulse until everything is mixed together really well.
Drain your noodles and broccoli and put them in a large bowl; pour the sauce overtop and mix everything together.
Garnish your dish with extra sesame seeds and avocado.
