- 4 slices bread
- 1 tablespoon butter softened
- ½ apple thinly sliced
- 4 oz. brie cheese or more; thinly sliced
- 2 slices prosciutto
Butter two one side of two slices of bread and place one of the bread slices butter-side down in a nonstick skillet.
Add half of the apple slices on top of the bread, then half of the cheese and last, one slice of prosciutto. Place the second piece of bread, butter-side up on top.
Heat the sandwich over medium heat and cook for 2-3 minutes until the bread is golden brown. Use a spatula to carefully flip it over. Place a lid on the skillet and cook for 1-2 more minutes on the second side until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melty.
Repeat this for the second sandwich. Slice and enjoy!
