Ingredients

  • 1 medium beet
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • ¼ cup dates pitted
  • cup almond milk
  • 2 tablespoon plain yogurt can use dairy free

Instructions

  • Chop beet up into bite size pieces.
  • Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
