Roasted Red Potatoes
Garlicky roasted red potatoes that are ready in just 30 minutes! They're an easy weeknight side dish and they're healthy, too #potatoes
- 2 lb red potatoes
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tablespoon bread crumbs
- salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 425°.
Cut your potatoes into cubes and place them in a large bowl.
Add oil, garlic, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper and stir to combine.
Place potatoes onto a baking sheet and into the oven for 25-30 minutes.
