Air Fryer Potato Wedges

You're going to love these easy Air Fryer Potato Wedges! They're crispy on the outside, tender on the inside and made using only 3 ingredients. A delicious way to shake up your potato game!

Ingredients

  • 1 russet potato large
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon garlic herb seasoning or seasoning of your choice
  • nonstick spray
  • parsley or shredded parmesan for serving optional

Instructions

  • Rinse and scrub the potato, removing any dirt, then pat it dry. Use a sharp knife to slice it in half length-ways, then slice it into potato wedges.
  • Place the potato wedges into a large bowl. Next, you can do one of two things: 1) soak the potatoes or 2) skip the soaking step and begin cooking them. Soaking the potatoes results in a slightly crispier potato wedge, but if you're in a rush, you can skip this step.
  • To soak, simply fill the bowl with the potatoes up with water and let the potatoes sit for 30 minutes. Then, drain the water out, drizzle them with oil and seasoning and stir so they're coated. If you skipped the soaking step, you can just add the oil and seasoning and stir to combine.
  • Spray your air fryer with nonstick spray, then add the potato wedges in a single layer, making sure they don't overlap. Air fry them at 400° for 15-20 minutes, using kitchen tongs to flip them half way through.
  • Optional: sprinkle potatoes with fresh chopped parsley and/or grated parmesan and enjoy!

*If you don't have garlic herb seasoning, try using Italian seasoning, za'atar or a combination of garlic powder and smoked paprika
