It doesn't get much easier than this Peanut Chicken Skillet! The chicken is cooked in the skillet, then tossed in a simple peanut sauce and sprinkled with cilantro. The whole dish comes together in 10 minutes, and it makes for the best leftovers!

First, make the peanut sauce if you haven't already; set aside. Next, heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat, then add the diced chicken and cook, stirring frequently until the chicken is cooked through (about 5 minutes).
