Peanut Chicken Skillet

It doesn't get much easier than this Peanut Chicken Skillet! The chicken is cooked in the skillet, then tossed in a simple peanut sauce and sprinkled with cilantro. The whole dish comes together in 10 minutes, and it makes for the best leftovers!

  • First, make the peanut sauce if you haven't already; set aside.
  • Next, heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat, then add the diced chicken and cook, stirring frequently until the chicken is cooked through (about 5 minutes).
  • Reduce the heat to low, then pour the peanut sauce into the skillet, stirring until the chicken is coated and the sauce thickens a bit. Remove the skillet from the heat, then sprinkle cilantro on top. Add more peanut sauce if you wish and enjoy!
