Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups strawberries fresh or frozen*
  • cup blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 5 oz vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup milk of choice (will need more for frozen fruit and less for fresh fruit)
  • Optional: scoop of protein powder plain or vanilla

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Add more milk as needed.
  • Pour into 2 glasses and enjoy!
