  • 1 1/2 cups strawberries fresh or frozen*
  • 2/3 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • Optional: 1 tbsp honey


  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend for 30 seconds.
  • Enjoy!


*Using fresh fruit in smoothies is a great way to use up fresh fruit. If you want a thicker smoothie, I'd use frozen fruit.
