Sesame Cucumber Salad

cucumbers

radishes

shrimp

sesame seeds

cilantro
Dressing:

tablespoon
sesame oil

toasted sesame oil

teaspoon
rice vinegar

Instructions
Thaw shrimp and set aside (make sure you buy cooked shrimp, not raw).
Slice cucumbers and radishes and dice onion and place in a bowl; add shrimp*, sesame seeds and cilantro.
Pour dressing overtop and mix well.
Enjoy!
Notes
*I cut the shrimp up into bite-size pieces, but you can also serve this salad with whole shrimp. Up to you!
