Sesame Cucumber Salad

Ingredients

Instructions

  • Thaw shrimp and set aside (make sure you buy cooked shrimp, not raw).
  • Slice cucumbers and radishes and dice onion and place in a bowl; add shrimp*, sesame seeds and cilantro.
  • Pour dressing overtop and mix well.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

*I cut the shrimp up into bite-size pieces, but you can also serve this salad with whole shrimp. Up to you!
