Easy dinners look like these Slow Cooker Chicken Tacos! This recipe features chicken breasts, jarred salsa and a variety of spices for quick and flavorful tacos that can easily be customized to your liking.
Place the chicken inside your slow cooker, then pour the salsa and water over top. Sprinkle the seasonings over everything, place a lid on top and cook the chicken on HIGH for 4-5 hours.
Once the chicken is done, use two forks to shred it, then give everything a good stir.
Last, assemble your tacos: char the tortillas (optional -- I usually do this directly over the stove), then place the chicken, along with any toppings in the tacos (I used red onion, avocado and cilantro). Enjoy!
