Easy Maple Glazed Salmon will quickly become a go-to weeknight dinner recipe. Salmon fillets are coated in a simple yet flavorful maple glaze, then baked in the oven all in under 15 minutes!
If the salmon if frozen, be sure to thaw it according to the package instructions.
Preheat oven to 400°. Whisk the maple syrup, soy sauce and garlic cloves together in a bowl; set aside.
Line a baking sheet with foil, then place the salmon on top. Pat it dry, then sprinkle each salmon fillet with a pinch of salt.
Brush HALF of the marinade over the salmon, then bake it for 12 minutes. While the salmon is baking, add the remaining marinade to a small saucepan, then whisk in the cornstarch. Heat it over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally until it's thickened into a glaze, 2-5 minutes.
Once the 12 minutes are up, switch the oven to BROIL and broil the salmon for 2-3 minutes. Brush the glaze over the salmon before serving. Enjoy!
