Mix dry ingredients

Combine flour and baking soda and set aside.

Stir wet ingredients

In a separate bowl, whisk egg, honey, pumpkin, applesauce, peanut butter, vanilla, and coconut oil together.

Combine & bake

Stir wet and dry ingredients together. Divide batter into two 4" cake pans & bake for 20-30 minutes.

Add icing

Once the cakes have cooled, add icing on top (peanut butter + yogurt).
