DAIRY-FREE FUDGE
peanut butter
vegan | gluten free | healthy
add the peanut butter, coconut oil, sugar, maple syrup, and salt to a saucepan and stir to combine
stir until the oil has melted and the peanut butter is smooth
pour mixture into an 8x8 baking dish, then place in the freezer for 2 hours; it should look like this once the 2 hours are up (everything will have solidified!)
use a knife to trim the edges, then cut into bite-sized squares
