GRATE ZUCCHINI

Use a box grater to grate the zucchini into a large bowl.

REMOVE LIQUID

Transfer the zucchini onto a paper towel or clean towel and squeeze as much of the liquid out as possible.

ADD INGREDIENTS

Put the zucchini back into the bowl, then add the remaining ingredients.

MIX TOGETHER

Use a spatula to mix everything together.

FORM FRITTERS

Use your hands to form the mixture into balls, then gently press down to form fritters, placing them onto a greased baking sheet.

BAKE

Bake the fritters at 425° for 24 minutes, flipping half way through.
