BLUEBERRY MUFFINS

Mix dry ingredients

Combine almond flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.

Fold wet ingredients

Add eggs, syrup, milk, oil, vinegar, and vanilla to that same bowl and gently stir to combine.

Add blueberries

Gently fold in the blueberries.

Add to muffin tin

Line a muffin tin with muffin liners, then divide the batter evenly amongst them.

Bake muffins

Bake the muffins for 18-22 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Transfer to a cooling rack and enjoy!
